How to Get the Most from adaptTo() 2026
We're excited to share that Arbory Digital is an official sponsor of adaptTo() 2026!
The adaptTo() Conference is Europe's largest AEM-focused conference, and the longest running AEM conference in the world, celebrating its 15th running this year!
Supporting the Adobe Experience Manager community has always been part of who we are. Whether it's contributing to user groups, sharing technical knowledge through blogs, speaking at conferences, or helping organizations succeed with Adobe Experience Manager and Edge Delivery Services, we believe that investing in the community benefits everyone.
A strong developer community creates better ideas, better implementations, and ultimately better experiences for customers. As the saying goes, a rising tide lifts all boats, and that's exactly why we're proud to support the adaptTo() Conference.
If you're attending this year, below are a few recommendations to help you get the most out of the conference.
Contributing to the Knowledge
For the third year, Arbory Digital will have a presenter on-stage! 2X AEM Champion Tad Reeves will be co-presenting with AEM Lead Dev Laurel Timko from JMP Statistical Discovery, delivering a talk on Document Authoring as the Spiritual Successor to AEM, and the many ways to create rich customizations for the AEM Authoring UI.
We can't wait for you to see it!
Our presentations from prior years of adaptTo():
- Document Authoring (aka “Dark Alley”) for Edge Delivery (2024)
- Solving Edge Delivery and AEM Performance in China: Comparing Approaches & Results (2025)
Arrive on Sunday for the Pre-Conference Bike Ride!
If your schedule allows, plan to arrive to Berlin on Sunday, as you can then participate in the Pre-Conference Bike Ride by Arbory Digital!
Starting last year, and now an instant tradition, it's a relaxed opportunity to meet fellow attendees before sessions begin, reconnect with friends from previous years, and make new connections in a setting that's much easier for conversation than a packed conference hallway. Check out last year's Pre-Adobe Summit bike ride for an idea of what you can expect.
If you're attending (or even if you're just in the area!) please contact us if you want to be a part of the ride.
We hope to see you there!
Review the Schedule Before You Arrive
adaptTo() always features a full agenda of highly technical sessions led by experts from across the Adobe ecosystem.
Before you travel, take a few minutes to review the official conference schedule and identify the sessions you don't want to miss.

Having a rough plan ahead of time makes it much easier to balance technical sessions, networking, sponsor conversations, and hallway discussions throughout the event.
Conference Overview
While every attendee will have their own priorities, here's a general overview of how the conference unfolds.
Day 1
The first day is all about getting oriented and diving into technical content.
Expect:
- Conference welcome and opening sessions
- Technical presentations from Adobe and community experts
- Plenty of opportunities to reconnect with colleagues and meet new people
- Evening networking after sessions conclude
Day 2
Day two is typically the busiest day of the conference.
You'll find:
- Many technical deep dives
- Meet the experts table
- Architecture and implementation discussions
- Real-world customer experiences
- More opportunities to connect with sponsors and the broader AEM community
Day 3
The final day is a great time to wrap up conversations and solidify new connections.
Take time to:
- Attend short-form lightning talks
- Exchange contact information with people you've met
- Follow up on ideas from earlier in the week
- Visit sponsors one last time before heading home
Make Time for the Hallway Conversations
The presentations are outstanding, but some of the most valuable learning happens between sessions over coffee, lunch, or during the evening events.
You'll find yourself discussing architecture decisions, implementation challenges, Edge Delivery Services, AEM as a Cloud Service, developer tooling, and lessons learned from real-world projects.
