The adaptTo() 2024 Conference Recap: Highlights, Reflections & Takeaways
The adaptTo() 2024 Conference has just concluded, with an absolutely PACKED 3 days of highly-technical, AEM-centric sessions and discussions. In 3 weeks or so, the recordings of these sessions will be available, but in the meantime we got together with Marta & Michał Cukierman from StreamX to discuss our favorite sessions and what they mean for the AEM community.
Also available on Apple Podcasts and as an audio or video podcast on Spotify.
A big item that was on a lot of folks' minds was the session on Day 3 discussing the possibility of "AEM 6.6" or more-accurately, AEM running on JDK 17. We cover this at the 11-minute mark on the podcast, so if that's your interest - go ahead and skip right there. We've also got a dedicated blog post on the subject of AEM on JDK 17, with everything we know & what's public at this point.
But there were a ton of other amazing topics that VERY talented engineers presented-upon for users of AEM on-premise, AEM as a Cloud Service or Edge Delivery Services.
